Transform your life in 30 days! You could almost call this the follow-up to The Paleo Diet. Robb Wolf delivers a very popular paleo podcast and is a well respected personal fitness trainer. His book is witty and entertaining and makes so much sense. It also includes more science than some of the other diet books and covers fitness and exercise in some depth too. A very good all round introduction to both the concepts and the practice.
