This is a very short and simple book which covers both diet and exercise. I have put in the exercise board because that seems to be the main focus of the book as diet is covered only very briefly. The exercises are simple body weight exercises and stretches and the line drawing leave a little to be desired. Overall a good starter book but not one for the more committed paleo lifestyle practitioner.
